Back in 2010, I made my way to Los Angeles to complete an internship with a production company. It was during those three months that the decision to move to L.A. after graduation was made. During the internship, I struggled to meet a lot of people besides my co-workers. L.A. is one of the largest and most populated cities in the world, but it’s crazy how lonely people can be out here. Anyway, I met my best friend Genna Sandler one day at the internship. She was a production assistant at the time and seemed really cool. Shortly after meeting, we planned a photoshoot together and over time became best friends.
How many other friends do I have out here in L.A.? Not many. It’s hard to find truly genuine people out here who aren’t just trying to get something from you. I’m so glad that I met her and that we are both talented, creative, and motivated individuals. To learn more about Genna’s fascinating journey out here as she chases her photography dreams, check out my interview with her on Chasing L.A. by checking it out below. Thanks to all of you for your support and feedback. Have a great day. Stay encouraged and don’t give up on your dreams.
