I’ve always been tall and lanky for as long as I can remember. I was scrawny from elementary school to college, but didn’t know how to get the body I wanted. It probably would’ve helped if I played sports and did group workouts with the team, but I was always focused on academics. I would try different weight gain diets and exercises hoping that I would see results, but usually there was very little progress. This was nobody’s fault except my own. The fact is, if you really want to make changes in your life there are certain steps you HAVE to take. There isn’t always a shortcut to your destination.
